Reuters: A Russian missile attack on Kharkiv, Ukraine's second largest city, hit a location used by policemen on Friday, killing a senior officer and injuring 40 other people, the prosecutor general's office said.
ABC News: A New Jersey man who was among seven people charged with smuggling electronic components to aid Russia’s war effort pleaded guilty Friday to conspiracy to commit bank fraud and other charges, authorities said.
AP News: A video purporting to depict voter fraud in Georgia is fake and the work of “Russian influence actors,” U.S. intelligence officials said Friday as they warned that foreign efforts to undermine faith in the integrity of next week’s elections may persist long after votes have been cast.
Eesti Ekspress: Russia has a number of military bases behind the borders of the Baltic states and Poland.
