Reuters: Russia launched a large-scale air attack on Ukraine's western region of Lviv and the northwestern region of Volyn, killing at least three people and wounding scores of others, officials said.

BBC: At least 30 people have been killed in an explosion and fire at a petrol station in Dagestan in southern Russia.

ISW: Crimean occupation authorities are attempting to impose new federal penalties on individuals who publish content revealing the locations and operations of Russian military assets in occupied Crimea, likely in response to Ukraine’s ongoing interdiction campaign.

Forbes: It was all but inevitable that the Russian garrison in occupied Urozhaine would fall. Advancing in a pulse of rapid assaults since early June, a powerful division-size Ukrainian force—including all four Ukrainian marine corps brigades—had flanked Urozhaine, a tiny settlement with a few hundred structures arrayed along three parallel north-south roads in southern Ukraine’s Donetsk Oblast.
