Reuters: U.S. Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris said in her Democratic National Convention speech on Thursday that she will stand with NATO allies and with Ukraine if she became president.
ISW: The Russian military command recently redeployed elements of at least one Russian airborne (VDV) regiment from western Zaporizhzhia Oblast in response to Ukraine’s incursion into Kursk Oblast, possibly in an effort to stabilize the lines and improve command and control over Russian conscripts.

AP News: The Biden administration will send about $125 million in new military aid to Ukraine, U.S. officials said Thursday.
