Reuters: Chinese provincial government-backed refiner Yanchang Petroleum is avoiding Russian oil in its latest crude oil tender for deliveries between December and mid-February.

The Kyiv Independent: An oil refinery in Saratov, Russia, was reportedly attacked overnight on Nov. 11, according to local Telegram channels that shared footage appearing to show explosions at the facility.

Reuters: Romania's defence ministry said on Tuesday that suspected drone fragments were found 5 km (3.2 miles) inside its territory following an overnight Russian attack on Ukrainian Danube river ports.

Reuters: The Kremlin said on Monday it was "actively preparing" for Putin to visit India before the end of the year and hoped it would be a substantive trip. Putin is due to visit India in December according to the Kremlin.

The Kyiv Independent: Russia's port town of Tuapse on the Black Sea was rocked by explosions overnight on Nov. 10, as local Telegram channels reported an attack by Ukrainian sea drones.

Reuters: Ukraine's anti-corruption bureau announced a vast investigation into the country's energy sector on Monday, alleging a kickback scheme of $100 million involving the state nuclear power company.
