The Kyiv Independent: Russia came under a large-scale overnight drone attack on Sept. 12, with Moscow and Leningrad Oblast among the areas targeted, according to Russian officials and media reports. The attack reportedly caused fires on a vessel in the Primorsk Port and at a Lukoil facility in Smolensk.

ISW: The Kremlin continues efforts to destabilize the Balkans and dismantle the 1995 Dayton Accords that ended the 1992-1995 Bosnian War, likely as part of a larger campaign to divide and distract Europe.

The Kyiv Independent: Sweden pledged on Sept. 11 around 70 billion Swedish kronor ($7.5 billion) in military aid to Ukraine over the next two years and unveiled a new package worth 9.2 billion kronor ($840 million) as part of that commitment.

Reuters: German arms giant Rheinmetall plans to manufacture artillery shells for Ukrainian forces at a future production plant in Ukraine, Kyiv's defence minister said on Thursday.

LSM: Latvia's airspace will be closed to a depth of 50-kilometres along its eastern borders with Russia and Belarus from 18:00 on September 11th until at least September 18th, with the possibility of an extension after that.
