Reuters: Ukraine's allies meet in Paris on Tuesday, seeking to finalise as much as possible their contributions to future security guarantees to reassure Kyiv in the event of a ceasefire with Russia, diplomats and officials said.

CNN: The US is making plans to try to intercept a fleeing oil tanker that Russia has claimed jurisdiction over, setting up a possible confrontation between Washington and the Kremlin over the vessel’s fate.

Reuters: Reliance Industries said on Tuesday it is not expecting any Russian crude oil deliveries in January and has not received such cargoes in the past three weeks.
