Reuters: The U.S. government plans on Wednesday to announce wider sanctions on the sale of semiconductor chips and other goods to Russia, with the goal of targeting third-party sellers in China.

FT: Ukrainian children who were abducted and taken to Russia in the early months of the Kremlin’s 2022 invasion have been put up for adoption by authorities, in one case under a false Russian identity, a Financial Times investigation has found (archive).

Human Rights in Ukraine: Russia is openly seeking to eradicate Ukrainian identity on Ukrainian territory, with one of the methods being to bring in its own people, very likely offering them ‘homes’ plundered from their Ukrainian owners.
