The Kyiv Independent: Russia launched a ballistic missile attack against the Odesa district, killing at least four people, including a 16-year-old girl, Governor Oleh Kiper reported early on Oct. 11. Ten people were injured, nine of whom are hospitalized. Four victims are in serious condition.
Reuters: Putin has started his visit to the Central Asian country of Turkmenistan and arrived at the venue of an international conference he is due to speak at later on Friday, video released by the Kremlin showed.

Russia launched two ballistic missiles on the southern city of Mykolaiv in the early afternoon, targeting critical infrastructure, regional Governor Vitaliy Kim said.
Reuters: The Ukrainian military said on Thursday it had struck an ammunition depot overnight at an airfield in Russia's Adygeya region in the North Caucasus, about 450 km (280 miles) from the frontline in eastern Ukraine.
